Guemes Island General Store

Guemes Island General Store (formerly Anderson’s General Store) has been a landmark for many years on Guemes Island. It has been through many changes over the years. The new owners have made some fantastic changes to the store inside and out to give it a new feel. The inside dining area expanded, the new bar area, play area for kids inside, outside bar window, live music stage, and the exterior received a major remodel. They have many live music gigs and fun events for all to enjoy.

If you are planning a day of it on Guemes Island, this is the place for you. The food is outstanding, with many unique items to choose from. You will not want to miss out on the fantastic freshly baked sweets. You may find yourself taking some of the large cookies with you on your Peach Preserve hike.
